RED Contracting was the principal contractor for a 12-lot residential subdivision in Pakuranga, Auckland.
Our team delivered the project from start to finish, undertaking all earthworks, drainage and service utility installation, retaining wall construction, and roadway works. The development also incorporated permeable paving within the roadway to assist with stormwater management and reduce surface water runoff.

Te atatu interchange motorway
Client: Fulton Hogan
RED contracting was contracted as a sub-contractor for the construction of 3km shared pedestrian and cycle lane, pavement construction on western motorway between Te Atatu Estuary and Lincoln Road and the On and Off ramps.
eLLERSLIE rAILWAY STATION
Client: Fulton Hogan
RED Contracting was contracted as a sub-contractor for the realignment of the North and South main lines and the widening of the existing station to accommodate the new buildings, including all services and utility installations.
What made it challenging: Working within a project alongside multiple contractors on a strict deadline.

RED Contracting was contracted as a sub-contractor by Downer to carry out general civil construction.

waterview tunnel
Client: Higgins
RED Contracting was contracted by Higgins as a sub-contractor to carry out pavement construction of the new motorways leading up to the tunnel at the end of the south western motorway. Our modern machinery sporting state of the art digital technology and our well trained roading crew enabled RED to achieve outstanding results to the client’s satisfaction, proudly contributing to this multi-million-dollar project.
